Users have been waiting for this Sync Back feature for a long time. Sync Back feature is now available on Fuzor 1.5.
Sync back family placement
User makes changes on Fuzor, and in Revit ribbon can press "Request Sync Back" button to bring back changes to Revit.
Revit will now open the files with changes.
The sync back dialog box opens up, and user can choose what changes to sync back. Notice that changes are categorized and there is a short description of the changes made. User can click "Select All" button then click "Sync Selected" button to bring back all changes to revit.
Dialog Box has three statuses: green means that sync back was successful, yellow means that sync back was attempted but not successful, and red means that file could not be found. If the sync back has a status of yellow or red there is a short description of why sync back was unsuccessful.
In the image above user has synced back particle placements, cctv placements as well as family placement.
User can view successful changes that were synced back by clicking "view" button on sync back dialog box.
If user attempts to sync back family placement that could not be synced back object will have annotation assigned to it.
User can turn off annotations and manually move the object to resolve issue.
